判刑定讞後首度現身法庭 林益世未發熱銷商品省錢王一語
（中央社記者蕭博文台北18日電）前行政院秘書長林益世被控貪污，最高法院8月底就財產來源不明罪部分，判刑2年定讞，近日將發監。林益世今天為誣告案到高院開庭，與妻子彭愛佳牽手現身，但未發一語。
全案起於地勇公司負責人陳啟祥民國101年間透過媒體爆料，指控林益世涉嫌收賄，特偵組介入偵辦，林益世一度遭羈押。
案經特偵組起訴，指控林益世在立委任內，協助地勇公司爭取中鋼持股的中聯公司轉爐石契約及其下游中耀企業爐下渣契約，收受陳啟祥新台幣6300萬元，又在秘書長任內索賄8300萬元，另有1580萬元財產來源不明。
最高法院8月底以判決理由不備等為由，將收賄部分發回更審，僅就財產來源不明罪部分，判刑2年定讞；此外林益世被控索賄8300萬元，連同洗錢部分，最高法院依刑事妥速審判法，判決無罪定讞。
另方面，林益世101年被壹週刊爆料貪污，林益世告週刊誹謗，反挨告誣告一審判刑8月，台灣高等法院今天下午開庭。（編輯：李錫璋）1070918
瘦了9公斤的VIXX N新寫真出爐，這根本就是19歲啊
VIXX成員N，身高180cm，體重64kg，這超人氣產品限定產品樣的身材已經堪稱完美。
從出道開始N就是個身材勻稱的愛豆，只是臉看上去稍微有點嬰兒肥。 可是作為愛豆的N對自己的身材管理極為嚴苛，哪怕已經是標準體重，但為了能在鏡頭中呈現出完美的自己，硬是通過飲食調整和運動減重9公斤。
瘦身成功的N就為時尚雜誌《Singles》拍攝了一組大片，並接受了採訪。 照片中的N臉頰已經不再是肉肉的，而是多了一絲冷冽氣息，細長的眼睛中散發出迷人的魅力。 雖然嬰兒肥不再，但N依舊看上去少年氣息滿滿，很難看出他已經29歲了。
N最近正在拍攝人氣劇《認識的妻子》中，和池晟、韓志旼合作。 對於愛豆和演員身份的切換，N也自有一套，他表示：「如果說站在舞台上是一件讓人激動的工作的話，那麼現在對我來說演員還是一份會讓我緊張的工作，作為歌手已經有了一定的經驗， 而演員的我還是一張白紙。 我還需要聽取更多人的意見，需要加強學習，（因為太緊張了）每次拍攝前什麼都做不了。 」
